Robert hails from Jervis Bay on the South Coast of NSW. He brings with him a wealth of experience from his roles recently at Diggies and Hungry Monkey in Kiama as well as Ravesis, Bondi and Cirrus Dining in Barangaroo, Sydney.
Robert will be working closely with Culinary Director Matthew Duggan to create some of the greatest dining experiences in the Illawarra with our new menu.
Robert has worked tirelessly to bring a contemporary, Mediterranean-inspired menu, championing the best local produce.
Ben is originally from Sydney but brings his unique hospitality experience from having spent the last decade in North America.
Ben's passion lies in all things beverage. He has competed in world-class cocktail competitions and curated wine lists for elite restaurants.
