Nori brings with him a wealth of experience from his roles at Intercontinental Double Bay, Amora Hotel Jamieson and Sebel Parramatta.

He will provide a great deal of support to Marty and The Kitchen Team.


Nori will be working closely with Culinary Director Matthew Duggan and Restaurant Manager Jono Howe to create some of the greatest dining experiences in the Illawarra.
